Cancellation Policy
Thank you for choosing to book a session! To ensure a smooth and efficient experience for both parties, please take a moment to review our booking policies: Booking & Payment: Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your session. Payments can be made securely through our online booking system. Upon payment, you will receive a confirmation email with all the necessary details for your session, including any pre-session preparation instructions. Cancellations & Refunds: Please note that bookings can be cancelled up until 48 hours before your session. To reschedule your booking, please allow a 24-hours notice, and it will depend on availability. Please email anasilva.stylist@outlook.com.au if you need to cancel or reschedule your booking. Late cancellations (less than 24h) and no-shows will be charged a fixed $80 fee. Pre-Session Preparation: To get the most out of your color analysis, you will be required to follow some simple instructions. Detailed guidelines will be provided upon booking. Please follow the instructions carefully to ensure accurate results. Session Results: Your session includes an exclusive E-book with more than 30 pages of information abour your colour season. It also includes one colour swatch for your season. By booking a session, you agree to these terms and conditions.
